Confidential Disclosure Program
Speak Up is our confidential whistleblower / disclosure program. It is available to anyone who has concerns or information relating to misconduct or improper circumstances or behaviours connected to Breight Group or our consortium of companies.
These can include concerns about the business, or behaviours of individuals, including suspicion of violations of our standards, policies and standards, human rights, safety, environment, financial reporting, fraud or business integrity issues in general.
Speak Up lets you choose to submit a report confidentially or anonymously. It is important to know that the content discussed and the right to anonymity may be subject to local laws.
Modern Slavery Statement
We are committed to respecting human rights and supporting the global effort to eliminate modern slavery in all its forms. We recognise that modern slavery can exist within operations and supply chains across many industries, and we are dedicated to continually strengthening our approach to identifying, assessing, and addressing these risks.
In accordance with the requirements of Australia’s Modern Slavery Act 2018, we prepare and publish an annual Modern Slavery Statement that outlines the potential risks of modern slavery within our operations and supply chains, as well as the actions we take to prevent, mitigate, and respond to those risks. Our approach is grounded in transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement.
We acknowledge that the nature of work, supply chains, and technology is constantly evolving. As these changes present new challenges, we remain focused on building a culture of trust, ethical behaviour, and respect, where people are treated with dignity and concerns can be raised and addressed openly.
Each year, our Modern Slavery Statement also sets out our ongoing objectives and future priorities, allowing us to measure progress and strengthen our framework over time as we work towards a more responsible and sustainable business environment.
